My invoice was incorrectly charged, causing significant frustration. I had to follow up for days to get a refund for the overcharge, only to receive a partial amount back. the limited number of staff made it difficult to get timely assistance throughout my stay.

Great staff, comfy stay!
Our stay was really nice! Staff were super friendly, they even brought us some extra teabags late at night without waking us. The breakfast had fresh pastries that were delicious. The only downside was the shower. it could’ve used a bit more maintenance, as it was tricky to slide the door. a solid experience!

The hotel, unfortunately, had disappointing aspects. The corridors had a musty smell, and the lobby was uninviting. Attempts to heat some food were met with a firm refusal, which felt quite unaccommodating, especially given its proximity to such a significant religious site. Communication was another challenge. responses to queries were non-existent, leading to considerable frustration upon arrival. the artisan bread at breakfast was a delightful touch, and the short walk to the main attractions made it somewhat redeemable.

Exceptional staff service stands out, especially during late-night requests for tea bags, where the team showed commendable thoughtfulness without disturbing us. The location, though a bit challenging for the elderly due to inclines, is manageable for those able to walk. A highlight was the delicious homemade cakes offered, which added a lovely touch to our stay.
